So, apparently, there are still places, APARTMENT COMPLEXES, that have very defined clauses about unmarried couples living together. One of such places in the local area, does UNANNOUNCED SPOT CHECKS! I've had a friend confirm this.
Holy shit! Really? People still writethose? I remember in one of my law classes, the professor asked how many were doing this. Since it's a blue-book law, it was technically illegal, but so is buying anything other than groceries on Sunday, etc etc. And, about 90% of the class raised their hands. Any potential customer and steady rent payer. If I wanted to be treated like that, I'd move back in with my parents.
