[Johan had recieved a rather strange phone call. One telling him he'd been missing work for far too long. He'd calmly assured the annoyed woman on the phone line that he'd been missing due only to a slight cold and that he'd be in as soon as he was able ( Read more... )

I'm in the sixth grade there, but the classes are boring. American schools are easier than Japanese. I already learned what we're studying.

I'm sure I can find something more interesting for you to do there.

I'm afraid not.

You'll have to tell me what things you've learned so far.

[ Aaand there he goes listing off everything his sixth grade year has worked on at home. They're a good year or so ahead, curriculum wise. ]

Unless you meant here in Mayfield.

[And he writes it down.]

No. That's what I meant.

Well, if you continue to come to class I'll find something more appropriate for you to work on. Is there anything you're particularly interested in?

Pshycology. Memory loss. Not the kind of stuff this town thinks I should be studying.

...Photography too.

Psychology.

Well. I do know a bit about that myself.

And I'm sure we'd be able to locate you a camera around here somewhere.

Are you a doctor?

--You can? I keep trying to get the drone woman to get me one, but she keeps saying I'm too young and might break it. And the stores won't give me it when I try to get it myself.

A university sudent. But I've taken a few classes in Psychology and done some research. It's quite an interesting topic.

Of course. It won't be any trouble at all.

Yes it seems they take away everything. Perhaps you will get them back. Until then we'll simply have to make do.

We'll make a plan to go and find one after school one day. After that we'll form some lessons around it's general use.

It's very nice to meet you. My name is Johan Liebert.

They don't have the right to take our things.

I know how to use one. I have one at home. I have to take lots of pictures, with everyone I know. I don't want to lose any of the memories I'm making, even here.

No. They don't.

I'm sure we can find a way to add that to the lessons.

What do you mean by losing memories?
