[Kotetsu was surprised at first by the number of residents that had grown down, but so far it hasn't been too bad. He's doing what he can to keep the little ones out of trouble and protect them. He has a daughter back home, after all. He may not be a star parent, but he's okay nonetheless. Unless the kid is a NEXT and/or prefers mother figures.

It doesn't occur to him that he should be looking out for parental figures. That completely slips by his six year old brain. Yeah, he had the memories of his normal self, but some things just didn't dawn on a little kid.
