Tonight I drew up an orthographic turn-around for a character to be used in my 3D animation final:






For those unfamiliar with the process of 3D modeling, an ortho is a reference guideline drawn up to stick on a plane in the background of your file as you model. They're awkward to create since you have to draw without perspective.

As you have no doubt surmised, her name is Natalie, although that's pretty irrelevant to the plot of the short itself. She's a prissy anthropomorphic afghan hound. Tomorrow I should get up an ortho of the other character, along with a storyboard.
