The deed is done.

So, people.

TURDUCKEN! On Sunday!! The game starts around 5:30, so that's about when you should show up!

Oh, and you better let me know quickly, since a Turducken only feeds 25 to 30 people....

AHAHAHAHAHAAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAAAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!

BWAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

not being well-versed in the white-trashiest of ways, i have heard of said culinary collision before, but can't remember exactly what we are talking about here. turkey stuffed with a duck/chicken meat filling? am i even close? i seem to remember some local morning show hosts cracking up about this back when i used to listen to the radio every morning before school.

all in all, i'm more about whole roasted pig. mmmm... pig on a spit. damn, my mom knew how to throw a birthday party.

It's actually a whole boneless chicken, inside a whole boneless duck, inside a whole, semi-boneless turkey with cornbreak-pork rice stuffing in between each beast...

Roast pig is gooooooooood, but not as practical for MN winter time consumption :) And the turducken has achieved a certain level of fame within the football watching community because Madden blabbers about it on various occasions throughout the year...

This year, because of time constraints, I actually bought the whole thing prepared from a place in Louisiana... It was awesome!
