Today.
so tired. so happy.
so im in the middle of midterms. hittin 2 study groups a nite. im tired. its a LOT of information in a very short amount of time. imagine trying to drink from a firehose. yeah. like that. everyone is relaxing this weekend. except me prolly. HUGE project that needs to get done. and if we are gonna be at ALL productive, weve got to have the preproduction taken care of. wait. IIIIII have to get the preproduction taken care of. sometimes i wish i didnt care so much. but we shall see. i think im hittin up Hard Rock Live (big venue in O-town) saturday nite to support some FullSailors. Friday is a midterm, a mtg, a lab till late, then maybe chillin at Jonathans. Saturday is potential freeish day. Sunday is church and VERY long production mtg for project and then monday starts it all over again. next week is chock FULL of labs with a test and a project. itll get done. and itll be great. youve just gotta come up for air every once in a while. ah oh yeah. i turn 19 in a week for those that are paying attention. today was/is very long. but freaking awesome!
Today: got up uber early after a late night of studying. Behavioral Science midterm. Bruce Swedien Lecture!!!! [o.m.g. i met Bruce friggin Swedien today! for those of yall that dont know. He is a god in the recording industry. he broke into the industry producing duke ellington and count basie and the four seasons. *o-face* moved on from there to produce the higest grossing album of all time Michael jackson's thriller. yes. HE is responsible for laying down that track along with working with the likes of quincy jones! and hes still at it with mixing for jlo, muddy waters, paul mcartney, bb king and everything inbetween. hes got 13 grammies under his belt!! this man knows what he is doing and he does it exceptionally well.] so yes. i met him. hes amazing. i feel like i touched history today. ok im a nerd i know. ii also won the raffle of an autographed copy of his book. whoop! ok. enough nerdiness. then cameron and i rushed over to lab and were 1 min late but the lab dude was kool so we were ok. did a dumb lab on microsoft word and how to set up our email. sucked, except for the awesome thunder storm during the break. so after lab it is 5oclock and i have yet to eat or rest for 5min so im throughly exhaused. btu no slowing down! i made a run to the grocery store and was gonna eat and nap before study group but i had forgotten that alex asked me to tutor him in intro to media. so i drop off my groceries and rush over to his apt. and we work on IMA. couple of people show up, order pizza. i finally eat. and we study study study. then it ends pretty early. so i head over to camerons for study session no.2. where i study till i am absolutly loopy. like. i got to the point where i was mixing up stuff and giggling and it was bad. so i left and dcame hom. good. LONG day. now im going to read over soem more notes and hopefully crash soon.
so that was my day. and current existence. sorry my posts seem to be soooooo long. School is comin to an end for my connally kids. my aggies are through finals! whoop! and most of them this is the end of fish year. summer approaches with lots of changes. sigh. im too tired to be legit philosophical.
