It's the latest taste sensation!
Y'know, there's nothing quite like eating a spoonful of wild, organic blueberries and biting into something with the taste and texture of pine bark. Nummy goodness! (According to one of the very first quiz results ever posted on my LJ, I am pine.)
In other news, made a phone call to the dep't of social services and spoke with a person who took my info & said she'd give it to her supervisor. Here's hoping that my case will be reopened without my having to actually go into their office (but I'm not holding my breath!). At least making the call rather than walking to their office means I'll have sufficient energy to run errands in the opposite direction. As much as I like cool weather (in the 60s! in June!), walking a total of four miles in the rain did not appeal to me today.
Right then, back to my blueberries. I wonder if I'll find any toy surprises?
