(no subject)
I have a ton on my mind...
Last week, Jenna found a bump on the back of her head. She saw a doctor today and was sent to the cancer ward at Beaumont. After checking it out and doing bloodwork, the doctor diagnosed her with mono. A huge relief. But he still wants to monitor the bump because it looks weird to him.
Shortly after that whole ordeal, Jenna gets a call from Moody. They have room for her! (Those of you who know us may remember the exact situation involving myself and IWU almost 3 years ago!) BUT....she has mono. We don't know if they will let her in with it or not. If so, she needs to find a doctor in Chicago on top of a million other things she needs to do in only 9 days!!!
God is opening and shutting a lot of doors lately. It is hard to remember what was behind one after 3 more open and 2 close. It is like a huge game of memory. While somewhat stressful, He has given us all peace about the whole thing. With roller coaster emotions, there is always that presence of peace passing understanding.
Please pray for...
1. quick recovery from mono, and no other complications
2. wisdom in moody decisions
3. Justin (Jenna's boyfriend) He is pretty shocked and it will be hard to be the one to stay home.
4. Job- I may be taking her babysitting job if she goes to moody, but I am trying to plan a weekly schedule around school, work, youth group, college group, and intervarsity, so there are a lot of variables.
5. Continued peace in the coming weeks
