If It's Not One Thing...
So, last night I painted for a while, and then decided to fool around on WoW with a Night Elf Hunter I've been playing lately. I was running off up the road in darkshore, when the picture flickered and then sort of folded and disappeared like on an ancient television. Message came up about an error and shutting down to preserve data. Instant anger and panic. I try to restart and there are stray pixels all over the place and windows is failing to start. No souund. Nothing but the "windows has failed to start" message, prompting me to either start normally or run a system repair. System repair took forever and was unable to fix the problem. I fear I have blown the motherboard, yet again. A little research has led me to discover that its a common problem with my particular make and model of laptop. Joy. So. it's off to Best Buy with the litter bastard again. Hopefully it won't be the godawful 2 or 3 weeks like last year when this happened. Grrr.
