I've actually read a fair bit of fanfic this weekend, and I have some recs!
"Don’t Wake Me Up (I’m Still Dreaming)"
HP | George/Angelina | PG13 | Summary: A potions accident goes awry, leaving George and Angelina trapped in their own dreams.
This was one of my prompts at the fest and the author has done a wonderful job with it. It's a really well rounded story with a bit of drama and some humour.
The Vampire Lestat Lied to Me (so did Edward Cullen)
Being Human | Nancy & Annie gen | Summary: In which the vampires successfully recruit Detective Nancy, Annie helps her stay off blood with the cunning use of tea, and being a vampire is nothing like it is in the films.
Nancy fic! I will admit to being massively disappointed how her storyline turned out on the show. This AU explores what would have happened if Nancy had survived Herrick's attack. It's funny. Really funny. The author has nailed Annie's voice, and George, Nina, and Nancy aren't bad either.
ETA: Oh! Also, deflower_draco! Virgin!Draco is an major kink for me, and I don't think it comes up enough in fandom. I mean, Deflowering Ginny Weasley is a classic (we can all agree on that, right?). Anyway, they're going to organise a het virgin!Draco fest. Oh, the possibilities...
