I felt bad for Lavander in the books, because it was too easy to discount her feelings because the reader is so involved with the rest of the story. Even if she was overy schmoopy toward Ron, she didn't deserve to be treated poorly. You story gave me a little closure on that front, without making it a happily-ever-after type of scenario.

Thank you, this is fabulous. I adored the burning of the photographs (oh, who of us hasn't at least once?) and the ending was just... chilling isn't the exact word, startling is closer. Brought the whole thing to a complete stop. I love it, it's very Rowlingan.
