Simba made a post on his journal. He's... A friend from back home. Larxene knew I was looking for him, and when I asked where he was... I... I just wasn't thinking. She knows how important he is, so she challenged me to a race to him... And I wasn't fast enough.

She was keeping him hostage. If I didn't tell her what she wanted to know... She would... She was going to... It's Simba! I couldn't let her. He never did anything wrong. It's my fault. I didn't want to tell her, but if I didn't...
