This is a reminder to myself to be glad I've got a job.
That being said, I sure as hell hope I learn how to do it soon.
The current training seems backwards, in that the trainers are operating at a pace and attitude that infers that we already KNOW how to do the job and only need a brief overview of the material.
Maybe I'm just the slowest buffalo in the herd, but having never done the job before, I can't follow a veteran employee at full speed through tasks that I'm still grasping to learn.
I'm going to have to voice some or all of my concerns with the trainers and find a way to better comprehend this material.
