The graveyard outing was beautiful and much appreciation and thanks to those who organised it. Sorry for leaving early and unannounced but it seemed like the easiest thing to do.

I have nothing new to share except that I'm mostly happy. My mood level seems to be fluctuating around 80%±15%. This has been pretty much par for the course in the past few months. I'm looking forward to a slightly more stable mental space over the coming few months. I know what I need to do and it's simply a matter of motivation.
