I have two weeks left of this semester before I go home for Christmas. I have never missed home since I got here mid-September, but I cannot wait now to go back.
Anyway, today I did my laundry and whenever I do I feel very clean, free, neat and organised. When I do my food shopping tomorrow I'm going to feel like a king.
Tonight: play Pro Evo with my flatmates.
Tomorrow: I want to go to Morrison's for food, enough to last me two weeks and no more. Also, not too much pasta, because I love it and eat far too much because it's easy to make. Tomorrow night I am going to see Zidane: 21st Century Portrait (I think that's what it's called).
Monday: I want to go swimming, because I haven't done any exercise since I got here besides walking to and from lectures and the city. Monday evening I have a lecture.
Tuesday: I have a screening of Notting Hill. I want to read Frankenstein by Tuesday night, because...
Wednesday: I have a seminar on Shelley's novel, and it's my last of the semester, so I want to take part in it.
Thursday: I may or may not have a presentation to do on Tom Cruise, depending on whether or not my surname, beginning with P, lands in the first half or second half of my seminar group. If the latter, I do it next Thursday not this Thursday. Thursday night I want to catch Rize on the big screen.
Friday: Morning I need to attend a prize-giving ceremony as I am receiving a scholarship from the university based on my high school grades and application. My flat's having a party tonight, so I am going to buy loads and loads of beer, perhaps a crate of Fosters if the 8 for £5 deal is off for Strongbow. Tonight I'm going to see DJ Shadow for the second time this year. When it finishes I shall enter my own party late, and dance and drink the night away.
Saturday: I shall recover!
