complaints of an overwhelmed sort
well - I don't have a red angry face but I am overwhelmingly stressed out. I'm okay for a while, but every single times I do lines I get overwhelmed. Maybe I am good at it, maybe people do have confidence in me. A lot of people are relying on me to help. I asked for a big part. I love my role. I love theater. But I HATE speed throughs! Speed throughs jam-packed with monolouges that I don't have memorized! I have about 50 pages memorized.
Okay kids, go get a book and try to memorize even ONE page. No seriously, just read it over and over and say it aloud. Goodjob. Try another. And another. And another. And another. It just keeps going!!
I don't need to do this.
Maddening. Absolutely maddening. Hurray, half an hour more before I have to go NUTS. Maybe I should pretend I'm sick.
Oh well. Hey - I'll update again when I'm not in such a panicked mood :)
