HaPPY FReaKiN' NeW YeaR!!!
amo is back in 2005. woopty-freakin-hoo!
i spent the first part of 2005 in Florida, so that was nice.
Very good trip.
Keith and i left tuesday night, Dec. 28, for bright and sunny .... Morgantown. (heh.)
we got there, drank the rest of our hypnotiq ..from like .. a year ago ... and passed out.
Jared Daugherty, Ryan Williams, Keith and i woke up around 6ish Wednesday morning and got on the road. We had a trunk full of beer, a cooler full of soda,2 cartons of cigarettes between the three of us that smoked, and a variety of good music. it was TIME for a 10 hour (or so) road trip to wonderful Jacksonville.
the trip went surprisingly fast....
Until the battery died, Keith and i fought over his nintendo DS (that i had bought him for christmas.) Since we were the 2 in the back, we acted like children (what's new??) and played the license plate games:
"Wow!! that car is from Rhode Island!!"
"So?! that one is from Quebec!"
and we played the "i'm not touching you game" which usually turned into the "who can punch each other the hardest game."
Haha. we had so much fun.
We arrived at our hotel at about ... 8ish i believe. it was nice. full kitchen and all that jazz. Exciting. The boys played with keith's casino games and turned Roullete into a drinking game. They were all pretty wasted. Sleep happened.
Thursday morning we walked around the Jacksonville landing. We ate gator, calimari, and some kind of dolphin. (an ugly one, tho ... so don't be sad.) i almost bought a SKIRT. ha. but i didn't.
Then, we headed off to the beach. it was fun. it was about 70 degrees (IN DECEMBER!!!!) but .. it was winter, so the water was still pretty damn cold. But, we played a little football, played in the sand, and keith and i walked down the beach, fought off the cold water, and found some beautiful seashells.
Then, we went to a bar on the boardwalk called Sneakers. Got a bunch of different mixed drinks and shocks. They were SO GOOD, and i got SO wasted. Really fast. haha.
Then, we went to eat at Joe's Crab Shack. Keith took a picture of me standing in front of a sign that said Peace, Love, And Crabs.
---i have such an obsession with pickles right now. i have little mini ones that i keep munching on. like i'm high. but i'm not. i just like pickles.--
this is boring... just reliving my vacation. i'm gonna make it shorter...
Hmmm, the next day we went to the beach too. for awhile.
We went to an oyster bar.
ate raw oysters and crawfish.
got drunk.
went "home" and got ready.
Then ,we went to Mongo's for New Years Eve.
it was such a great place.
You load up a bowl with watever you want to eat.
Raw meat, veggies, sauces, oils, seasonings, etc
Then, they cook it on this huge round grill right in front of you. it was yummy.
We drank a lot.
hung out with other WV fans.
Sang "Country Roads" for kareoke.
made fun of florida state fans.
got beligerent.

there was such a huge party... in the streets.
there were DJs. they closed down the whole landing. Very coool.
...stumbled home.
New Years Day - football game. Pre-gaming was fun. I drank four and a half grenades (orange juice & pineapple-coconut rum) in about 2 hours. That was a lot of alcohol. the boys finished a case in that amount of time, also.
Game time! i knocked keith's nachos all over him. i cried. he hugged and kissed me. WV was in the lead. ......... then, we lost. but, i was in FUCKIN' FLORIDA! so, i wasn't very pissed. heh.
Went back to the hotel, lounged, slept, got up the next day, left.
Got to Mo-town in less than 10 hours. Dinner. Sleep. Home to Parkersburg. Worked 5-close. And now i'm back to regular schedule.
Ugh. that was very VERY shortened. there was exciting times. i just don't remeber them all right now. i will update again with pictures when i get them on the computer. THEY WILL BE VERY ENTERTAINING. hehe.
