Fun!
Tonight we rented Monster House to watch with the kids. (They are quite young so we didn't want to watch anything TOO scary.) All of the babies really liked it-even baby Autumn (just turned 2 a couple of months ago) sat through it-she looked amazed and kept making comments LOL! ("House gonna GET YOU mom!") it was really cute!
I made pumpkin shakes for the kids, topped with whipped cream and a spinkle of cinnamon, and served 'harvest' cookies and cupcakes. (Leaf shaped cookies and cupcakes with black and orange frosting.) I made sure to buy Diet Coke for myself because I knew i'd be craving sweets...I also had some pumpkin ice cream before it was gobbled up by all the kids (I have this horrible obsession with pumpkin flavored things.)
It was a nice little preHalloween "movie party"! The kids had a lot of fun! (And sadly my sister and I enjoyed the movie probably more than we should have! LOL!)
