(no subject)
so what have i been up to lately... i went to cotton hollow a lot in the past week and sunday i went to two picnics one at uconn and one was a send off party for mike l. and sam p. i saw will z. there which was weird because before this week i hadn't seen for about a year and then i saw him twice in one week, the party was fun lots of badminton and food and a contest to see who could keep there hand in ice water the longest it ended in a tie after about an hour when all the ice had melted and their hands were numb. i'm goign to miss hanging out with people crazier than i am. also this past week my parents bought a new computer and i got the free ipod mini that went with it, all my music fies are on the old computer now so all i have on it are the hot five jazzmakers (a band of six people) i got the cd from my grandpa if that gives you an idea of how old this music is, but whats not to like about dixieland jazz? nothing probably. I also saw donnie darko which i expected to be stupid but ended up liking, if you've seen it leave a comment it as a little too wacky for me to entirely get, but what else can you expect about a movie where a 6 foot tall bunny tells somebody to do things in their sleep. now you know why i expected it to be stupid. i'm counting down the days till i get my license unfortunately that also means im counting down the days till school starts again, summer's not all it's cracked up to be but it's still good and once school starts it's not summer again for a long time. part of me is ready to go back but the rest of me knows how much homework and short days suck. do any of you guys know transfer files from a windows to a mac over an ethernet cable? tell me if you do because i sure don't.
