27 years of failures and promises that I couldn't keep

I realize that I haven't actually updated this in months. And I'm sorry. And I'd very much like to say that now that the play's completely over I'll have time to update and return overdue letters and see everyone, but I don't think that's true. It's finals time now, so I have to catch up on every little thing that I wasn't able to do earlier this semester.
I had a meeting with my thesis advisor today - it did not go well.
Anyway, I suppose my big (only) news is that, for the most part, I'll not be home this summer. I have to take classes. Phooey. I will be home (approximately) from the 17th to the 22nd of May (during which time, would anyone like to go see Ryan Adams at the 9:30 on the 21st?) and then again at the end of the summer, last two weeks of August or so.
This semester has been horrible in a lot of ways, but I realize now that there are things about it that I will never get back and consequently I'm dreading the end of it. I can feel my heart starting to break.
I have my directing interview on Wednesday. Wish me luck.
