(no subject)
Today seemed to be one of those days were I just... couldn't... do... ANYTHING! I tried reading, but my brain seemed to switch off after a few pages and I found myself re-reading the same sentence over and over. I tried writing, but got stuck after about a paragraph, I tried watching something and just couldn't stick with it. I even tried sleeping. XD
I did manage to clean out my cupboards today, though. I found some old, old notes I'd made for TDP. Those things a rare, man! I very rarely make notes or hand-written drafts. So I've made a little folder for them to remind me of how terrible it is! D: I did find a notebook where I'd written down the significant details of Rob's history and some time-lines. Very useful, though in need of revision.
I also found my old Hebrew studies note book. Gah! So complicated! But I'm surprised at how much I remember of the alphabet! There are only a few I still have to look up. But I recall my epic frustration at stupid rules, like the dot that SOMETIMES doubles a letter, but SOMETIMES doesn't and is just there FOR NO FUCKING REASON! Although, the vocab lists I made every few pages will be useful for naming characters in future Adonia books. OMNOMNOM!
Oh! And Spooks was on tonight! YAY! I'm almost convinced that Harry will leave this series and be replaced by Ruth. Which is good. Ruth's one of my favourite characters because she's a geek and is socially awkward. :D
