So this is the homework I had to do today, and personally I love it.
Ok, so explanation...
We are reading The Cantabury Tales in my Literature class
For our homework we had to make up our own character and write a story to them
This goes out to all of you who have been waiting for a Megan original
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
dun dun dun,
There once were two princesses from two very different towns
Upon their heads they wore two very different crowns
Wendy’s was ever so pretty and tall
While Jenna’s was just so plain and small
So there was Princess Wendy of Wochovia
And the other was Princess Jenna of Genovia
Jenna was very caring and nice
But about her people rarely thought twice
For everyone was so fascinated by the beautiful Wendy
Because you could never catch her looking less than perfectly trendy
Her long locks of red
Turned many a head
When she entered a room
Ohhh! Va va voom!
Her dress was a stunning silky sage green
And whenever she wore it she loved to be seen
But no matter how beautiful she was, if you got too close
You would see that her attitude was so very gross!
She was nasty and rude
And thats her in a good mood
And then one day
To Wendy’s dismay
She happened to see Jenna walking her way
Jenna came up and said with a smile
“Hey there Wendy! Haven’t seen you in awhile”
Wendy curled up her lip and raised her eyebrow
And said “Jenna! Get away from me now!”
Then Jenna cried
And Wendy replied
“Whats wrong with you Jenna?”
But Jenna just sighed
“Oh Wendy you’re mean
I feel sorry for you
You have no real friends
Whatever to do?
Could you be nice for just one little time?
We could play games
I could teach you to rhyme”
Wendy just stared for a moment or two
And then said, “Ok fine, I’ll play with you”
So they danced and they laughed
Till the day was through
And said to each other, “I love you!!”
