Do you know, Japan hasn't got any monsters.
None, not any, not at all.
I am so dissapointed.
Oh well. It was still brilliant.
I can't believe Ginny said there were monsters. Liar.
Oh, and I need to find something for James's arm. Bake missed me, I suppose.

back from japan, ginny, bake

Some versions of Japan on different dimensional planes are inhabited by monsters.

Really? Do they really? Oh, no fair!
I went to a different reality and there still weren't any monsters!
Where can I find them? I'd like to see.
Oh, and I don't think we've spoken before. My name is Hugo. Hallo.

I don't currently have the permissions to locate those dimensions, nor would I be able to divulge that information if I did.

Nagato Yuki.

Oh. Fair enough, then. That's too bad.

Are you a sort of dimensional traveler?

I'm a wizard. There's heaps of us round, so you may have met some before?

Yes.

I am not.

I have not spoken to any wizards myself, but I do know of them.

Oh. Only it sounded like you might be. What do you do, then? Or am I not meant to ask that?

Oh. Well, now you have!

Am I meant to address you as Yuki, or as Nagato? I have a bit of difficulty with Japanese names. And am I meant to say -san as well? I shouldn't want to be rude.

It would be best that I don't say.

Yes.

You may address me however you like. I don't mind.

Oh, all right. You've a lot of secrets. That usually means people are either quite important or quite unhappy. I won't ask which of course.

All right. I'll call you Yuki then, because it's a bit shorter. It means "snow" doesn't it? That sounds nice.

My name is written differently, but yes, "yuki" means "snow."

Oh. Do you mean I've written it wrong, or that it's made up of different markings?

My name is written with the characters meaning "to have hope."

Oh. Well that's quite nice as well.
I'm not very familiar with Japanese writings, but I understand. Some words in English have more than one meaning as well.
