shit. i should have gone downtown and checked on that job. meh. i can do it later.
i have been home for a week, and ive done a shitload of movie watching. other than that, ive done squat. its rather pathetic, but seeing as i have no job, ive got nothing to do. WHY WONT PEOPLE CALL ME BACK SOONER?! Ive had two interviews. Had one yesterday and they said that they would get back to me by wednesday. YES HOW PROMPT! I also had an interview last week, and the woman who may or may not be hiring me went out of town for the week. PEOPLE PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I MIGHT HAVE SOMTHING TO OCCUPY MY TIME THIS SUMMER KTHX?
im so bored that im going to go set up my speakers in the basement, and im going to attempt to make a quilt. how awesome does that sound? its gonna be super cool, and i plan on bringing it to school with me in the fall... assuming it gets done.
the only other thing on my agenda for today is to watch the finale of americas next top model that i missed last week.
on another note, as of yesterday, all of my 76 dvds are in alphabetical order. I need to go through and do the same with my books.
I want to get rid of most of the "stuff" i own. im thinking anything i havent touched in a year is going into a yardsale that will be had the middle of next month.
I have realized that living in a dorm room is perfect for me, and the sooner i move into an apartment the better. If its a loft, that would make my day.
THEORY ALERT!
if, because my dorm room is all open and i keep that clean, i move into a loft apartment where there isnt much space to hide shit ill keep my space clean. Living at home, there are too many spots to just stick stuff and forget about it. bedrooms, living room, dining room, basement. YARRR. does that theory make sense? I think it does
time to go occupy myself. I give the quilting maybe an hour today, then ill get distracted and bored again.
