Adeline Harris (aka, addie, kid, hey you, yo, dude etc) 9/6/86 currnetly living in the farmlands, but i dont really consider it to be my place of residence...or falmouth either. i guess i'm homeless. lately i've been listening to a lot of everything but my friend gillian, who you will meet this weekend, has gotten me into some tori amos, old school cake, and other such randomness i usually forget about LJ because this semester is mad crazy with school and i should be studying now but i felt like my brain needed a breather. but when i can i do. i love that you just say exactly what you're thinking, which is how you talk so its almost like actually talking even though its not interesting fact huh? umm since coming to the farmlands i have been minutely corrupted (ie let a few swears slip and mild (note VERY mild as in not even buzzed) social drinking) i know, the impossible has occured. but dont worry i'm still a good kid. i've allowed myself a few very middle school crushes on boys i will never ever talk to even if the opportunity presents itself. i just like looking at them. i love being in portland when i'm home, but only if i'm not the only one in town. i also love being at school (or at least i did last semester when i had time to hang out and stuff) my favorite lyrics rotate on a minute to minute basis but recently i've been throwing "look i'm standing naked before you, dont you want more than my sex?" and "i wanna lick li li lick you from your head to your toes" into normal conversation. best time of year is deffinitely summer weekends when we're not at school, not at work, and not doing anything productive i reccomend watching....hmm...i havent seen very many movies lately, and the ones i have you've probably seen so take your pick: el dia que me amen, hero, crouching tiger, history of the world, mall rats, dear frankie, umm....ok i guess thats all i can think of book- i havent done free reading in forever, so last semester for my literary non-fiction class we read a crapload of crappy books but i actually kind of liked the woman warrior by Maxine hong kingston and my lesbian husband by barrie jean borrich belle and sebastian, Uncle Harry (the living end), Details (frou frou) i like a million things about you! the first one that pops into my head is the fact that you never took any crap from nicole even we were all to wossy to stand up to her. and also that you're so cool that you made a sock monkey with a butt heart for me!! ibhy i like my new black hair (for now anyway) and i like my goddess jeans that we made over break with alissa. speaking of which, Gillian (the one who gave me the idea) and i are horrified because now like 5 other people have started making and wearing goddess jeans and its sad because its OUR thing and the only people who are allowed to copy it are the people who are our friends and who have our consent. but these wenches are just trying to be as cool as us and they suck :-)
dude, i miss film with melnicove! do they have school next week? because i want to go visit!
