(no subject)
I've been considering switching over to a different blog site lately. Somehow, I feel like that might make it easier for me to keep up with the blogging thing, and maybe I'd get more followers, too? Not that having lots of followers is the main motivation behind it, but I don't know how many people actually follow me on here. Maybe it's time for a switch. I remember the good old days of Xanga, and how strange it felt to switch from X to LJ. Oh..... those days.
In other news, there's really not much to report here. I worked different hours yesterday, and it was kind of nice. Although I didn't particularly relish sitting at the desk for three hours and only checking out books to one patron. Such is the price we pay for late summer nights.
I spent today working on Kate's tea cozy again, trying to get it right. This is the second time I've ripped back on the project, and although it's taking more time than I would like, I'm determined to be happy with the end product. Hopefully now that I'm on the main part of the project, it will go quicker. All this knitting and talking about yarn makes me miss my yarn sisters though. Spending weekends knitting and watching movies... it was a great time. :-D
Note to self: no matter how many times I try beverages flavored Mixed Berry, I still don't like them. Imagine that. I'm forcing myself to finish this one, because I don't like to be wasteful.... but ugh!
Alright, time to go pick up my room a bit. Maybe if I do it *right now* I'll be more motivated..... or something. :P
