stuff i learned in korea:
1. elevator buttons can and should be de-selectable
2. medicine costs about the same as m&ms when you cut out the part that goes to paying for the new england mansions of pharmaceutical company executives
3. assigned seating at theaters makes life mellow and worth living
4. alleyways at 3am aren't for being scared in, they're for secret snogging
5. drinking outdoors brings people together
6. a subway is just a very long stretch limo filled with potential new friends
7. there is a whole universe of snack foods that are both tasty and good for you
8. the bleaker the industrial wasteland, the cooler a park it'll make when you decomission it
9. food tastes better in a big tent. especially just before the sun comes up.
10. protest marches are cooler when everybody's grandma shows up
sometimes i wonder if we should just make our high school students live somewhere else for a year before they're allowed to vote.
i'm going to draw my butt off next week. me, i'm here. my butt? way over there. off of me.
