A matter of no concern, after all.

We have investigated what initially appeared to be communications from the Collective, threatening to re-assimilate me, appearing in this journal. This would have been a matter of great concern ( Read more... )

I was also threatened with reassimilation by the tennis_borg through my LJ. Like you, I corrected the error that allowed them to communicate through my journal.

I did not realize there are other ex-drones with access to this LJ system. Are you alone, or do you have a collective?

Hmmm, other near-machine life? Interesting

Have had a few brushes with the roly-poly drones myself in a place I frequent so can relate. Although, don't think I've ever seen one smile...

You would be surprised. They smile and have big teeth then they do. They also bite.

So many Borg, so little time....

Our ship, USS Leaky Bucket is presently docked outside starbase668 while we prepare to elimiate this new strain of the Borg. We'll get them yet....maybe the rest of you too...

And you are going to make gremlin clones out of them too?

I would love to see you try. They are not androids such as myself, and thus you cannot kidnap them and look at their schematics.

I suggest you find your OWN crewmembers. In addition, I do not believe Starfleet will take too kindly to this.

Startfleet gives us a wide latitude, so long as we deal with threats no one else can.

I do not think kidnapping/tormenting other crewmembers is a part of that latitude!

Which is why we don't kidnap members of our own crew.

Crew: Silly android!

It is difficult to find enough time for any sort of leisure, such as this activity.

I am the leader of a small collective. We have taken to calling ourselves the Named, as we were given names by an android who came among us as our leader. Although he did not fulfill his promises-- he promised that his leadership would bring us cybernetic perfection, and instead he nearly destroyed us-- we decided to follow the example he had shown, and keep the names, or choose new ones for ourselves.

The majority of us have had great difficulty recalling what our original names were, before we were assimilated in the first place.

I was separated from the Borg Collective after being injured, and was restored to health by <"lj user="drcrusher"> and geordi_laforge, aboard the Federation starship Enterprise. I gained/regained individuality in their care (since I can't remember my former life I don't know if I ever was an individual, or if I was grown in a maturation chamber and was never anything other than Borg). After I returned to my cube to prevent them from ( ... )
