Job updates
Well, I had the pleasure(?) of a whistle-stop visit to Stockport this afternoon to sign up with Hays, who are one of the agents handling my interest across the Midlands and Manc (all very protracted but the different offices can call on the one set of info).
Anyway, I got there early and went for a mooch in the 'town centre'. What a dump! I barely found it before I had to head back to the office. Talk about grim 'ooop North'!
The realisation of my situation finally began to hit home whilst waiting for the train back - stood on the platform with all the commuters. Was glad to get back in the house afterwards.
Right about now, I need Eclipse, just to spend some time with some of you guys.
Also - DEL, glad to hear you are making progress.
