Grrr!
What idiot decided to set up a system where the people taking the money don't know how much you owe, and the people you owe money to don't know how much you've paid?!!
I got a message back in October saying that I'd overpaid that April and they owed me money. Except that I had of course still been paying in the 6 months it had taken them to work that out, so I'd actually overpaid by quite a bit.
Since then, they've still been taking money, despite my repeated attempts to get a stop order sent through. I think I've overpaid them fully half as much as I borrowed in the first place - and I'm pretty sure they won't be paying me back the inflation rate they charged me!
Have made a third stop attemtp today. Wish me luck.
