23 degrees in the shade. We were at a tenants' meeting earlier having a 'talk' from the fire service. In other words, that Front Room Fire video and the one with the kids who burn down a shop while trying to steal sweets. There was a hot fireman (excuse the pun). Late thirties, tanned and SINGLE. Still didn't make up for spending all afternoon in the Hottest Room Ever with no air-con or openable windows. Hmm, bit of a fire hazard, actually...
