What is one food that you refuse to try? Why?
Tripe. It's a sort of national food here in Scotland, and I don't know what it is, don't want to know what it is. I've seen it lying in the butcher's window, and it looks like I imagine melted fat would if you let it congeal and set. Just...ick.
