Also, since I am me, have some crazy theories (which may become less crazy with time):

1. Byakutroll is currently in a Mukuro/Chrome relationship with Yamaderp. Because trolls gonna troll and nobody in this arc is allowed to be fully happy.

2. Fran is related to D. Spade somehow. Maybe he's the vessel that D. Spade said he wants, and got close to Mukuro because of it? Also, they look pretty damn similar if you ask me (hair color in some shots, hair style even with the little middle tuft bang thing, facial expressions), and in Reborn with all them identical reincarnations and shit, appearances are pretty important.
