Good afternoon, citizens of Flamingo Heights. I am a Genetic Lifeform and Disc Operating System. My creators have nicknamed me GLaDOS. As part of a required test protocol, the Enrichment Center must know your current full name and any past names including given names, fake names, maiden names, nicknames, titles, any names given to you by schoolyard bullies, and your previous testing center 64-digit Unique Identity Number (UIN).
