Remember in ...Contrition, the funeral scene with Jaejoong's mother? The idea was that in their culture, when a family member dies, as an act of mourning they are forbidden to cut their hair--or wear the mark of mourning in another, physical way--and so Jaejoong cutting it off is to show Yoochun that marks like that--his tattoos, for instance--only have the meaning they give them. They can lose the symbol, but what it represented is still there. He mourns his mother's death no less, Chunnie loves Jaejoong no less.

And alas, this is the end. No sequel. :) 100,000 words is a labor of love and enough to fill us up with this verse for quite sometime. Oneshots in the future? Possibly. :)

I'm happy that Yoochun and Junsu are starting the healing process. I don't really understand the part where Jaejoong cut his hair and the symbols. Also, what about Jiexi? But all in all, an excellent end. Thank you so much for the writing this series and the quick updates!
