Fight-O!

I'm a officially a double major now, filled out application and got it signed and turned in to the Eastern Languages Department, I am now both a Digital Arts and Japanese (language Intensive version) major. I'll be stuck in school two more years but after six years in college I'll have completed two majors, so it's more like a major every three years! Not bad, not bad, especially since I haven't needed any loans yet. I decided not to choose between my two biggest passions and do both programs, I've been taking Japanese for myself already anyway, I'll be in 300 level come this Fall term. Now if only I could find time in my busy life to get back into theater, le sigh.

On top of that I decided to go even further on my dreams and I am going to apply for Study Abroad next summer to go to school in Japan for a couple months. They have a lot of Study Abroad scholarships I hope I can snag me one to help out. Trying to hunt for regular scholarships has mostly been a failure.

So I got busy times ahead of me, but it'll all be worth it in the end.

Today was extremely draining, first half was good I went to see Star Trek with my mom and loved it (nothing like seeing Spock kick Kirk's ass), and ate a delicious slamon burger. But there was a ton of drama on the EE forums that totally ruined the rest of my day. I got nothing good done. Arg.

Things have clamed down from it now but there's still negative energy hanging about. A good night's sleep will hopefully help with that. Luckily it's a three day weekend to help make up for it.

At least EE's popularity has been really good latley, and I've been getting about a commission a week since I opened to them. Even a few donations here and there, all helps out a lot.

I got me some plans with EE to occupy me over the summer, have a new book want to start putting together and going to redo EE's introduction. Once I complete that and finish up new site EE will be very nice for new readers.

I put the link to this journal in a more visible place on the site, so I guess I should try to use it for EE related stuff as much as possible. Really I just wanted to have more options in the Community section, may end up removing it. Anything really interesting  relating to EE can usually be read on site or forums anyway, journal is a bit more selfcentered..and read by three people.

At least I found a penny today!
