No matter how much I whine about it, creating front and backmatter might just be my favorite part of the job. There's immediate gratification. You generate the required text and within a day of work, it looks like part of a book. With a few minutes of work, I can take a clump of unrefined text and turn it into something more. It's a wonderful feeling.

So I should go back to that. Though the busy work prep isn't nearly as fun.
