[It's a hot summer night in Hanoi, and the streets are still bustling with business. A young woman sits on a blanket spread out on the side of the road, legs crossed neatly as she watches the cyclos and motorbikes hum by. Next to her are a few odds and ends, and, strangely enough, a lot of empty glass bottles.
There's a sign set up on the blanket.
Massage
300,000 đồng
It seems like a lot, but 300,000 đồng is only equivalent to around $15 USD, so it's pretty affordable! ...Right?
Now and then she leafs through a newspaper as she waits, but the young woman doesn't seem to be in any hurry. She seems to be a bit bored, but she's not actively calling out for anyone to come and lay down and take her up on her offer, and none of the people rushing by pay her any attention. They don't, after all, know that she is Vietnam herself.
Hey, it's a way to make some spare cash, all right? But she won't be making any if nobody takes her up on the offer. And why wouldn't you? She looks perfectly harmless...
Just so that you know, though,
this is what you're going to look like when it's over.]
