Oh my sweet holy lord, this is so perfect. I saw this prompt and was super excited that someone filled it - and so fast - and this is so good and sad and sweet and sort of matter-of-fact, omg, brilliance. Finn especially was super adorable. And Carole's clothes-helping scene. Omfg.

Thanks so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. For some reason that prompt just got me right here. :)

Absolutely lovely. They need more scenes like this on the show.
Also, Kurt needs to get another bird or something. I could see him training a cockateil, actually :)

Thanks so much! And I totally agree. We need more of the Hudson-Hummels. BADLY. :)

Awww. You filled. YOU! I almost feel guilty that you filled this because I don't want to be distracting you from your other WIPs, but I was still so grateful because...you! Fic by you ( ... )

Thanks! :) I couldn't resist this one. I know I should be working on the other two fics, but this plot bunny (birdie?) just seized and wouldn't let go and promised not to be an epic. I think it was that last promise that made me give in ;)

Thanks again! :)

This is lovely. I loved that Finn in particular was very respectful and matter-of-fact about the way Kurt bonded with Pavarotti, because he's been that lonely boy who wanted a pet of his own as well, and he gets it a little bit better. And Finn/Kurt brotherly bonding is always a good thing.

Thanks so much :) For all that Kurt was melodramatic in that scene (when isn't Kurt melodramatic, though?), I have a lot of empathy for him. Losing a pet is a bigger deal than a lot of people make it out to be.

So glad you enjoyed it! :)
