Don't know if David Shore hears you, but I certainly do. We're definitely all looking forward to some sexiness of course, but I'm dying to see the banter and teasing and playfulness again too! :)

I hope that too, that we will leave the angst!fest of S5/S6 (at least for a while) and they will be more playful again, like, House/Cuddy banter a la Season 3 plus sex. That's pretty much my ideal H/C scenario.
