Excellent! Perfect! God, how wonderfully Huddy is this scene? That's what many people don't get; Huddy isn't about the romance, it's about the banter and body language and (sexual) tension. I agree, my favourite LJ community by far.
That's not what I meant. To me the banter and body language and (sexual) tension is utter romance but it's not about them playing mummy and daddy in a house with a tree and a white picket fence. Really, you all should know how I feel about Huddy by now. :-)
My comment was meant to be more about the stereotypical definition of romance than anything else. What I mean is, imo, romance is whatever gets two people going. Sometimes it is about a white picket fence and holding hands. Sometimes it's not. I don't think either one is inherently more powerful or true than the other, or even that they're mutually exclusive. :)
