I don't think I've watched anything on the premium channels that I couldn't live without for months. But TW does its bundling in such a way that it doesn't seem worth it to bother downgrading service.

All I really need is basic cable, dvr, and internet when it comes down to it.

I like Deadwood, but our cable bill was $40/month. HBO only was $12. I don't watch enough HBO to justify it now that boxing has been subpar.

I'll bring a case of bud light.

With Internet, we were at about $100. Since I dropped HBO and pulled our Internet access from superfast to fast, we're at about $67.

Every dollar counts.

i'm not at the fastest net speed either, but I do get a nice student discount on it.
