All this ruckus over a little misery. Stupid things.

...I don't know of I should be thankful or not that I missed out on a present from this 'Santa'.

I should be glad though, if all he did was bring misery...

I don't believe the town can permanently drone anyone, however I would not put it past them to create an illusion which makes it seem as such. So, yes, and no.
