It's Tuesday, and it's super.

On my way to work this morning i passed 2 polling places (including mine). Total tally was 4 Obama supporters ("Make the country great! Obama in 2008!") to 1 Ron Paul supporter ("Stop ignoring the Constitution! Vote Ron Paul!") to nobody else. A little disappointing- i don't know what i was hoping for, maybe street brawls? Also they actually had signs prohibiting supporters to stand or hand out literature, etc. "past this point," about 100ft in either direction, which was kinda nice. Interestingly (i still hate that word), i wasn't asked for ID like i thought i'd be since it was my first time voting in that particular precinct. Oh well, i don't even really wanna get into the whole ID/voting thing now. Also interesting was that Kucinich, Gravel, Dodd, Edwards, Biden and Richardson were all still on the ballot.

One more thing: I didn't see any candy at my polling place though, which was even at a senior center. What? I'm going to assume i just overlooked it.

I've never heard so much honking on the way into work before. Unfortunately, only about 5% of that was for the Obamanators and the rest was just angry drivers. One more reason i'm glad i don't own a car.

Happy Fastnacht Day!
