yesterday i got back from dallas for regionals. it was so much fun. as before, i didn't get to play but it was a great bonding weekend for me.
so i officially love these girls:
crain: what a haus! roomie/bed sharer. we went off by ourselves during the orientation/shirt swap and had a blast...gotta love her music i mean it's classic rock...her personality is just so interesting.
ashley: roomie/anarexic(ha) the deffinition of a true hispanic...she even has a boyfriend from mexico(sorta)...on the way home we had a fun time talking about highschool soccer while watching shrek
kaley: roomie/"loud mouth"-according to jim...what a sweetheart, i mean the girl even a reads a bible...showed up all those houstonian boys in a dance off!
nikki: next door neighboor...BOY CRAZY...basically rode together to every game and on the way up to dallas...o the memories
kelly l: neighbor...funniest lines of the weekend:
jenna: there was a person in a banana suit driving a bus (shows pic)...kelly: omg was it a real banana???...all: stare and then die laughing
jim: okay, if you need to get iced down and everything...kelly: where do you get the ice?...aaron: from the ice machine, duh...all: (laugh) enough said.
jenna: neighbor/graduate...slowly got to know each other better before she left our team which was great because at first she was a bit intimidating but it got better...i wish we had another year
lindy: neighbor...getting to know her and her humor was exciting
waage: smartest person alive with the hottest brother...best memory: watching "the girl next door"-i guess it was awkward for her??(ha)
lacie: our sarcasm with each other is unique and i like it.
cash: part of the addidas tatoo w/ me and grif...basically spent the whole weekend together laughing about anything that fell infront of us and she basically told me everything i needed to know about the team which was really good.
griffo: part of the addidas tatoo w/ me and cashy...always makes everyone feel loved especially when they get made fun of(not me)...you just gotta love her back
jordan: also a haus...i think the boys liked her but she's nothing like nikki...told me the best stories when they went to surf in '03 (o man)
amy: SA carpooler...quiet type that gets in when she can but i like that about her because it's like she doesn't have to prove anything to any one...it's cool
greer: blondie central...gtown hottie with a bf....we had fun just hanging out, getting to know each other
kelly f: always trying to keep everything under control while everyone else just makes fun of her..of course i jumped on the bandwagon and made fun of her as well-i know sad but she eventually got me back( gatorade bottle )
and me: i was the water girl/ sideline asst. coach with jim, aaron, smitty, jd, hue, and a few other coaches that i can't remember...we all had fun on the side though...and with the girls i think we all bonded in a unique way that kinda glued us all together.
if you put us all together we make a damn good team. going to the quarters in regionals when your not even supposed to be there is pretty sweet. we deserved every minute of that tournament.
