Last D&D session seemed to go well. The battle was a bit meh for me (since, in typical 3.5 style, it was less a "battle" and more a "queue up to beat up the monsters") but the session seemed to hit the right notes for the players. Everyone got one last badass moment; Caira got two out of four kills, which made up for Jo sometimes feeling a bit left out of the damage game; Leon and Miss Terri got their showdown for reals; Catherine got to make the final call re: Pob or Robbie; and not every player made it out alive.
More details to follow tomorrow when I'm not shattered.
Note for D&Ders. We are meeting next week on Friday 17th September for drinks, cake and epilogues for each PC. This will probably be a Lock 27 then back to the flat job, but we may change depending on the specifics. There is no George game being run on Wednesday until 27th October whereupon a one or two session game of Ghostbusters International will be scheduled - though if any of you wish to schedule pub meetups in the interim, feel free. I, however, will be taking a break for the time being.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to go to bed with the strange knowledge that I've put away my 3.X core rules for perhaps the last time.
