Paintings and some j-pop

Apr 17, 2009 18:59

I said I was going to show you the paintings I've done and that's what I'm going to do. I stand by my word ^^.

This first one is painted from a picture in a book. I really love those mountains in China. I've never been there but it looks so beautiful I wish I could go there one day.

This one I did from one of my own photo's from my vacation in Israel a year ago. I really like that picture and the sunset was really beautiful that day. I think I managed to capture the feeling pretty good.

Both of them are painted with acrylic colours on some kind of special texturized paper for acrylic painting (my mum bought it for me and I don't have the cover here so I can't give you the name of it, sorry).

Though I haven't got a good picture of my new shoes, but i'll show them sometime. It's not like I can wear them now anyways. Prepare for a shock, but it's still snowing here! It has been pretty sunny and a bit warmer but yesterday it started to snow again. It still feels a bit like spring however because the roads are clean from snow ^^

I've gotten contact with a girl in my town who's also into j-pop. Which rocks because she is really nice and we've got so much in common ^^
I'll end with a song I like. It's Ayumi Hamasaki, which I have ignored for far to long. I never bothered to check her out, but my new friend here showed me the light. ^^
Enjoy! (while it's still available at youtube)
