Snowing...
Holy crap. One week of not freezing weather, and it's snowing outside again.
I just threw a bunch of stuff into the suitcase. In 3 days I'll be heading towards the Dominican Republic !!! *squeel* It's kinda of a strange sensation to be packing these light, summery clothing while watching the snow fall :D I had to pay a little extra cause no one can go with me. And since I really don't want to be a third wheel, I got a room all by myself ! The nice thing is, I get to toss all my stuff around and I have the whole bathroom to myself.
My dad finally got home Friday night. He is leaving again on March 12 to head back to Taiwan. This time, for work. He had 2 job offers so he is going to take them to have more income, so he will have the extra to take my mom traveling. Like, a month long trip to Europe... The bad thing is, our family is going to separate again. There will be a lot of flying on my dad's part. Although this time, because of the type of job, he can have longer holidays. So he is not so rushed each time he comes back here. Now all we have to do is figure out how to set up a satellite TV for him so he can watch the hockey games on weekends :D
My dad also got me (at my request) a Samsung YP-T9 2GB. It is TINY!!!!!. When I get back to Calgary and replenish my bank account a bit, I'll need to get a better set of headphones.
Well, that's about it for me. I'll try to take lots of pics while I am there. I just don't like my camera near water and sand... but hopefully I'll be doing other activities where I can bring my camera :D (like hiking, horseback riding..etc).
