crappy ending to a day
My almost 12 years-old husky refused to come upstairs today from the basement. When I let all of them out to the yard today, he stayed behind. I got him to the base of the stairs, he put his 2 front paws on the first step and immediately hops back down. I enticed him with milk, his absolute favorite. Again, he did the one step up and hop down thing. So I left the milk at the landing and left, just in case he was hoping that i would cave in and bring the milk. I heard his paws on the stairs and immediately followed by paws on the floor.
My family is out tonight (movie). I am going to wait till they are back to take him out (carry him). Then it's off to the vet tomorrow.
I was planning a trip to Taiwan in March. Just waiting for Monday to check out the tix price and time and stuff, now I might have to cancel the trip if Caesar (my husky) woul need surgery.
i am worried that he would need surgery. But I am more worried that he would not need the surgery.....
I am also thinking about taking him to a homeopathic vet and see if acuputure would work. It's not like the normal vet charges us any less.
