I just watched the Animatrix yesterday. I was sick in the stomach by the end of it; there were some scenes that were horrifyingly violent, like this one where these robot tentacles literally rip a screaming human apart from his limbs. It was mostly the screaming voices what were particularly disturbing ... Uggggh *puke* i never want to watch another anime again. I don't think japanese animation is for me .. the only anime i ever liked was Dragonball Z. The Animatrix did get rave reviews, though, as i heard. i guess the more mentally distressing it is the better anime it is...
Well, on a more humorous note ... I just watched Fountains of Wayne's video for "Stacy's Mom". It's the most hilarious shit I've seen for a while, haha ... I also recommend Madonna's "What It Feels Like for a Girl", which was banned from MTV the day it was released. It features the one and only Madonna, this time a flippant she-criminal who takes grandma for a bumpy ride in her convertible, runs a red light, uses an electric taser to take down an innocent victim in front of an ATM machine, leaving with handfuls of dripping cash, and goes to the local burger-house drive-thru paying for her and granny's meal by stuffing stacks of dollar bills in the waitress's dress. She then proceeds to take out what apparently seems to be a real firearm and shoots water into a cop's face, drives off onto a court full of hockey players, running a couple down, lights a match and drops it onto a trail of gasoline - which results in the bright explosion of the gas station behind them, and, finally, crashes the car into a metal pole in a supposed act of suicide. The video is hilarious! i'm telling u ... the way she poses with her stun gun beforing shocking her victim and the saucy, defiant glare she gives the policemen is priceless! this is a must-see!!! download that ish now ...
Since I had to go to my SAT prep class this morning for a practice test, I had to spend the rest of my day later at my dad's office. I got some food from Subway for lunch - that ish is horrible ... it may let the Big Berthas lose some pounds with its diet plans whatever whatever, but it don't taste good and it sure ain't worth those dollas ... i'm not a huge fan of sandwiches anyways. I called up Robinson and we talked about how when I get rich, I'm establishing my own line of clothing. it'll be 50% stylish, 50% AMAZING, 27.5% luxurious, pi% bourgeouis, 0% Urban (because hip-hop clothing is the biggest turn-off in the world), and 0% trashy (a.k.a. burberry-like). In fact, I've decided to list, in my next post, the top five things I would do when I get rich:
